1) What is the delivery time for orders?
Answer: Orders within Karachi are typically delivered within 1-3 days, while orders to other cities in Pakistan usually arrive within 3-5 days.
2) Is your jewelry water/tarnish-proof?
Answer: Yes, our jewelry is designed to be water and tarnish-resistant. However, we recommend avoiding direct contact with alcohol or perfume to maintain its quality.
3) What is your exchange and return policy?
Answer: We do not offer exchanges or returns for any products purchased, except in the following cases:
a) The exchange request is made within 14 days of the original order.
b) The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
c) The received product(s) differed from the original order.
d) Any components are missing from the package, such as price tags, labels, or original packing.
4) How can I request an exchange or return?
Answer: To initiate an exchange or return, please email pictures of the defective item to help@clara.pk within 14 days after order delivery to raise a dispute. Our team will review each dispute individually and strive to reach a fair resolution.
5) What happens after my return is approved?
Answer: Upon approval, we will issue a Voucher of the same value as the returned product(s) and send it with your next order. Please note that no cash refunds are provided, and only E-Vouchers are issued for returned or exchanged items.
6) Who is responsible for shipping costs in case of an exchange?
Answer: In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning the item.
7) What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
Answer: Orders in Pakistan will be delivered within 3-5 working days. A flat shipping rate of Rs. 100 applies to all local orders.
8) Can I trust the colors displayed on your website to accurately reflect the product?
Answer: While we make every effort to display colors accurately, please note that variations may occur due to differences in screen resolution. We cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will accurately reflect the color of the product upon delivery.
