What is the delivery time for orders?
Orders within Karachi typically arrive within 1-3 days. For other cities in Pakistan, delivery usually takes 3-5 days. We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.

Is your jewelry water/tarnish-proof?
Yes, our jewelry is designed to be both water-resistant and tarnish-resistant. However, to maintain its long-lasting quality, we recommend avoiding direct contact with alcohol, perfume, or other harsh chemicals.
Can I trust the colors displayed on your website to accurately reflect the product?
While we make every effort to accurately display product colors, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting conditions. For a better idea of how our products look in different settings, you can check out videos and images on our social media platforms, as well as customer reviews, which offer real-life insights into the look and feel of our jewelry.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your Clara.pk jewelry looking its best, we recommend storing it in a dry, cool place when not in use. Avoid contact with water, lotions, and perfumes to preserve its finish. Clean it gently with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or faulty item?
If your item is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact us within 14 days at help@clara.pk with photos of the damaged product. We will assess the situation and arrange for an appropriate solution.
Shipping & Returns
What is your exchange and return policy?
We do not offer exchanges or returns for products purchased, except under the following circumstances:
a) The exchange request is made within 14 days of the original order.
b) The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
c) The received product(s) differ from the original order.
d) Any components are missing, such as price tags, labels, or original packaging.
How can I request an exchange or return?
To initiate an exchange or return, please email pictures of the defective or incorrect item to help@clara.pk within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will assess your request and work with you to find a resolution.
What happens after my return is approved?
Once your return is approved, we will issue a Voucher equal to the value of the returned product(s). This Voucher will be sent with your next order. Please note, we do not provide cash refunds; only E-Vouchers are issued for returns or exchanges.
Who is responsible for shipping costs in case of an exchange or return?
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to exchanges or returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the safe arrival of the item.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
Orders within Pakistan are delivered within 3-5 working days. A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to all local orders. However, shipping is free for orders over Rs. 1,999. For more detailed or international shipping queries, please contact our customer support.
