Exchange Policy

Please note:

  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • No cash refunds. Only e-vouchers will be issued for approved exchanges.

1. Overview

CLARA does not offer exchanges unless one of the following applies:

  • The product is damaged, faulty, or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The product received is different from what was originally ordered.

  • The package is broken.

In these cases, claims must be made within 7 days of your order date.

2. How to raise a dispute

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Email clear photos of the issue to help@clara.pk

  • Be sure to send your request within 7 days of delivery

We review each case individually and aim to handle all disputes fairly and promptly.

3. Voucher issuance

If your claim is approved:

  • You'll receive an e-voucher/store credit for the full product value, as per your invoice

  • The voucher will be applied to your next CLARA order

4. Shipping responsibility

For any exchange-related shipping, the customer is responsible for all return and re-delivery shipping costs.
