Please note:

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

No cash refunds. Only e-vouchers will be issued for approved exchanges.
1. Overview
CLARA does not offer exchanges unless one of the following applies:

The product is damaged, faulty, or defective at the time of delivery.

The product received is different from what was originally ordered.

The package is broken.
In these cases, claims must be made within 7 days of your order date.
2. How to raise a dispute
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

Email clear photos of the issue to help@clara.pk

Be sure to send your request within 7 days of delivery
We review each case individually and aim to handle all disputes fairly and promptly.
3. Voucher issuance
If your claim is approved:

You'll receive an e-voucher/store credit for the full product value, as per your invoice

The voucher will be applied to your next CLARA order
4. Shipping responsibility
For any exchange-related shipping, the customer is responsible for all return and re-delivery shipping costs.
