Shipping Policy

• Orders are dispatched within our standard processing time, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  

• Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to circumstances beyond CLARA's control.
  

• Once an order has been dispatched, CLARA cannot be held responsible for courier delays. However, we are always happy to follow up with our courier partners and assist our customers wherever possible.
  

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. CLARA cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact details provided at checkout.
  

• If an order is returned to CLARA due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable recipient, or any other customer-related reason, the order can be re-dispatched upon advance online payment of the applicable shipping charges, along with an additional Rs. 250 return fee.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or due to courier-related delays.

Urgent Delivery

Nationwide

Express Delivery:

• Delivery charges: Rs. 400

• Estimated delivery: 2 to 4 working days

Karachi

Bykea (Same-day delivery):

• Order confirmation is required before 2:00 PM.

• Full order payment must be made online before dispatch.

• The Bykea rider charges are to be paid directly to the rider in cash upon delivery.

• Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Korangi Industrial Area.

Next Day Delivery (Selected areas):

• Delivery charges: Rs. 400

• Estimated delivery: Next working day

• Delivery timelines begin once your order has been confirmed and dispatched.

• Express and same-day services are subject to availability and courier coverage.

• While we always strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond Clara's control. However, our team will gladly follow up with the courier and assist you in tracking your order whenever needed.
  

Self Collection Orders

If you prefer to collect your parcel from a TCS Express Centre, we offer a Self Collection option. We do not offer this service via any other courier.

Please note:

• A flat TCS self-collection delivery charge of Rs. 400 will apply.

• An advance online payment of Rs. 500 is required before dispatch.

• Self collection orders will only be processed and dispatched once the advance payment has been received.
